Basic Pistol Instructor Course

Basic Pistol Instructor Training participants will engage in intensive, hands-on training focused on professional safety procedures, effective range management, and the development and execution of standardized training courses of fire. Through a combination of classroom instruction and live-fire exercises, students will learn how to maintain a safe training environment, evaluate shooter performance, and deliver consistent, defensible firearms instruction that meets agency and regulatory expectations. This course equips future instructors with the confidence, structure, and practical tools needed to conduct high-quality in-service pistol training within their organization.
