What This Course Is About:
The EDGE Leadership Experience is an interactive leadership development program designed to help leaders strengthen their mindset, leadership behaviors, and impact on team culture. Built around the MindSet Leadership framework developed by Dr. Kim Hoogeveen, the program focuses on practical leadership behaviors that drive accountability, growth, decision-making, and positive workplace culture.
Through facilitated discussion, experiential activities, and real-world application, participants will explore how leaders influence performance, engagement, and team dynamics. Participants gain practical tools they can immediately apply to lead with clarity, accountability, and intention.
