Partnerships

Local, Regional, & National Partnerships

EDGE works hand in hand with businesses and organizations across Minnesota to strengthen local industries, grow talent pipelines, and boost regional economic vitality.

From manufacturing and healthcare to business, technology, and transportation, our local partnerships ensure that training aligns with real-world needs and future-focused innovation.

Together, we design solutions that work — for today’s workforce and tomorrow’s economy.

Global Military Learning Network

The Global Military Learning Network connects military-affiliated learners and partner institutions worldwide to create seamless educational pathways. Led by EDGE, GMLN supports flexible, career-relevant learning that meets the unique needs of service members, veterans, and their families.

U.S. Naval Community College (USNCC)

EDGE is proud to partner with the U.S. Naval Community College, delivering courses that align with the Navy’s mission to develop an educated, agile, and operationally effective force. Together, we design flexible learning pathways that translate education into mission readiness.

General Education Mobile (GEM) | Community College of the Air Force

EDGE supports the Community College of the Air Force / Air University General Education Mobile (GEM) initiative. GEM offers Air Force service members the opportunity to complete general education courses online, helping them progress toward degree completion while serving.

Distance Minnesota

Distance Minnesota connects students across the Minnesota State system with flexible online learning options and dedicated support, available seven days a week. Through collaboration with partner colleges and agencies, it expands access to education and helps learners achieve their goals—wherever they are.

Online College in the High School (OCHS)

Online College in the High School (OCHS) helps rural schools offer college courses to their students at an affordable rate.

OCHS’s unique approach to dual credit allow it to work for rural Minnesota schools for which traditional Post-Secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) isn’t feasible. High school students earn college credit while participating in online courses in the high school setting.
