This course is to help the officer understand the use-of-force as it pertains to an impact weapon. The techniques instructed will enable officers to control hostile suspects while using an impact weapon or police baton.
This is a Train-the-Trainer course.  All officers are expected to participate and each officer will be required to complete a certification performance appraisal to successfully complete the course.
